Majority of saggy stomach is due to bad posture. Learning to stand straight can improve your look very quickly with little effort.


But if you need to lose fat around your stomach, do the following.
DO THIS:


1. Stop Eating Bread & Pizza

2. Reduce sugar & soft drinks (especially Malt)

3. Sit less … Exercise standing

4. Do Squats … 5 in the morning and 5 in the Evening

5. Do sit-ups … 5 in the afternoon

6. Eat more vegetables


7. Don’t overeat until your stomach is about to burst

8. When you feel hungry, drink water, if you’re still hungry, drink tea without sugar, if you’re still hungry eat.

9. Don’t drive for two weeks – take public transport or taxi

10. Learn how to stand with your back straight – stiff spine

11. STOP ALL ALCOHOL
