Towards keeping fit we would be looking at quantity and quality. Quantity begins the ride and quality would hop on later.

Several actions we take or do not take or activities we engage in or abstain from, all contribute towards amazing living.

When we talk about quantity we are talking in terms of amount, in terms of that which is measurable, that which a number is tied to.
